the breakfast was absoluteley terrible, not worth the cost. no bacon or eggs, and I had to wait ages for my coffee which they forgot. Also, the soundproofing was clearly an afterthought. I was kept up all night by neighbors. one would think a better room would be standard for the price I paid, but I guess that's just me.

The location of Des Marquisats was fantastic. Only a 20-minute stroll along the lake to reach the old town. The view from my superior double room with balcony was breathtaking, perfect for morning coffee. It was lovely having a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Staff were incredibly helpful, making us feel welcomed right away. However, the room felt a bit tired and cramped, especially the bathroom with its sloping ceiling. The breakfast lacked variety, and it was a bit disappointing to find no evening dining options. Overall, a comfortable spot with some room for enhancements.

We had a fantastic stay here, especially enjoying the awesome massage options and the cozy sun terrace. The kids loved the garden area to play in while we relaxed, which made our visit even more special. Just be aware that breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but it didn’t really take away from our experience. 😊

The location was fantastic! Just a 15-minute walk to the old town, and we were surrounded by serenity with barely any road noise. The warm welcome from the reception lady, and we really enjoyed cooking our own eggs at breakfast.

My room was incredibly small and cramped for three people, making it difficult to navigate with luggage. The bathroom was a concern. the shower design caused water to spill onto the floor, creating a slippery hazard. Even though I appreciated the hotel's location, the noise from the hallway kept me up at night, making it hard to rest.

During my recent stay at des marquisats for a wedding, i was impressed by the amazing lake view from my room. Everything felt cozy and comfortable, and the warm welcome. I loved the short walk along the lake to the old town, which exceeded my expectations.

The shower was a slippery Olympic event—water everywhere! And let's just say my room could use a bit of a size upgrade, like a Tardis or something.

Had such a comfy time. Our Classic Double Room, Lake Side was great with a nice view and clean amenities. The staff were super helpful with a cosy ambiance. The spa had awesome options like a sauna and full body massage. A sweet spot to relax!

This was just a great fit for a weekend escape in Annecy with outstanding value. The lake view from our room was a highlight, especially with the lovely balcony. Take a stroll along the lake for a great view of the town as well.
